Warcraft 3 MODs

Is there a way to restrict the number of times a person can Mole on a map? Via shopmenu items and Wardens, I'd like to restrict it to 1 mole per person, per map.

I would like to read about the various skills and abilities available and what each item that you can purchase does. Is there any web documentation available or is the only way to get extensive docs is to sit in a game and use the GUI menus?
