I edited my first post for the new question.

mp_savexp was 0 so I changed that Ima try it now I edit later if it works/dont works.

If I'm finding anything else that doesn't work I post it here!

Now I founded a problem the XP doesn´t saving when I disconnect and log on it doesn't save the XP.

I'm using vault or I wanna use vault...

This is the files location: C:\Program\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\Secret\dedicated server\czero\addons\sprites\warcraft3\races
