Is there any FAQ about setting up the multiplier

I need the value, with which ppl have to play about 2 month (2 hours a day) to get 10 lvl...
I really do not have any idea what value to set up...

The main trouble is kung-fu plugin (if u know it) - its a bit hard to insert the code into each next version of war3 so the plugin work properly.

On the server which I support, there are lost of plugins that make dmg and like this. But all of them must work properly with war3, so I have to fuse them with the war3 mod. This make some work, and what worse - it is version-dependent. Son on new ver of war3 i have to do all work again. Can I ask, ...
