Warcraft 3 MODs

Is there a way to change how fast the boots of speed makes you go?? Cause i went to the War3FT.cfg and checked the value of the speed given (default 275). I changed it to a slightly higher value and then i got "68% faster running". I want to run around real fast so i put the value to 1000000, but th...

I got war3ft and podbot working and all, but one thing i cant do is add more than 15 bots into the server. It seems to only let there be 16 players in my server even when i put 32 player slot. Any help?? =]
