Warcraft 3 MODs

Ok ... I think I've instaled metamod ( I mean I've instaled it according to the instruction , nothing deferent happens to the game :? ) and then I've instaled the war3 ft (according to the instructions) BUT.... when i create a new game , the game crashes without any error . Weird heh :? PS: Sorry ag...

Hi I have a question. Can you use War3: FT without having a server? I mean can you use it in a lan server , or play with boots in your own computer ? (I'm rather new at this , I just downloaded the mod and I dont have a server yet, but soon)
