ok when i play in my server and then i leave and come back the xp isnt saved and i have to start all over again... does anyone know y is that problem?

ok i have a wacraft server and all of a sudden it wont let me choose a rase and stuff. when i type changerace the races come up and when i try to choose one it buy s me an item Confused anyone could help me?
