A nother xp save problem. Please help me.

I downloaded warcraft3_2.6.3_sql_expanded.zip
In server if i type /savexp ˇit says to me
"[WC3] XP is not saved on this server at this time, sorry"
But i want that xp saves automaticly in server.
And if i type /changerace it tells me that server ˇis not allowning to changerace or smomthing like that. But i want that players can change race.
And no command like this: wc3_save_xp, only wc3_givexp works. Whata hell ?? Please help me.

I dont now what i did but now if i type /save xp is says
[WC3] XP is saved to a reliable database automatically.

But if i change map all xp will be 0 ? What's the point?
