Warcraft 3 MODs

Got big problem isntaling War3ft v 3.0 users cant connect on server writing this ----> Host_Error: UserMsg: Not Present on Client 58 it"s needs 28 patch i think with older version 2.3 work fine but it"s have a lot of bugs and doesn"t have shopmenu code to work with and cannot change war3 skills to make it more powerfull need War3ft 3.0 9-10-11 working with 26 patch to make cool server plzz need help

but we have one war3ft Xp server in our country with v 3.0 rc9 working fine with no steam servers this server is coded and suported by allied forum it"s writed like this when u intering the serever sory for bothering!!
