Need help with WAR3 mod for 1.6

Can anyone give me a war3 plugins that would look like this: 
Already tried to install and put on some plugins i found on this forum, but that either was an old and ugly version of WAR3 or it didn't work at all.
And also need plugins for shopmenu and shopmenu2. No SAVEXP
