Server won't start after install

Hi i currently have a working Cs 1.6 server with CSDM installed.
I wanted to put a new version of War3 on it since everyone has FT i chose XP. I followed the install and readme files exactly. i did however change the cfg file but i recompiled it with the sma and used the new .amxx file it game me. after putting all the neccesary files in where they should be i restarted my server. it wouldn't start up. i commented warcraft3.amxx out of my plugins.ini and the server started fine. i'm not sure if i have to add lines to my server.cfg i'm kind of a coding and plugins noob. if its not straight forward i have some difficultie. this is what my meta list looks like :

there are no broken plugins since i have warcraft3.amxx commented out. any help would be appreciated or i'm gonna have to abandon this install and just stick with csdm so my server is stable. thanks ~L3g4cY
