teleporting to restricted places ???

how can i enable teleporting to places like those in italy and you wont die were is it at and how can i disable it ???? thanks my server isnt going to have any rules like that i wont to open it up thanks

i looked in war3ft cfg and its not there .also lokked in configs not there either ? thanks for any help

great i found it thanks again the sever ip is 192.168.1.105 . anything goes but no hacking. need to see how good the server is if anyone will come thanks
