Issues with resetskills

I've tried searching your forum on this on, because I'm sure that others have the same problem, so here it goes.

First of all we are running -
Amxx 1.76D
Warcrat 3 FT 3.0 RC8
Mysql 5.0+

It looks like resetskill doesnt work as it should work. When a player gain level and select his talent, the server remember that the next time he's playing.

So if the player want to change his talent tree he just write resetskill, and when he reconnect again the server remember the first choise.

Is this problem similar to http://wc3mods.net/bugs/?do=details&task_id=53 ?

If so just delete this post.
