Problem Save by IP

Hello all! I'm new here and this is my first post. My players say that there is a problem on saving/loading exp. Every time they restart the PC their exp is set to 0.

Please Help me out....

Amxmodx Version: 1.8.0
Metamod Version: 1.19
amxx modules: All ON
Save exp by: IP
