Right now I have it set at 20x. Would changing it mess up all the player's XP? or it'll automatically adjust itself and all the player's tables according to the multiplier?

If you set the multiplier lower for example it would mean less XP would be the same Level. So if player A has 50K XP and he's at level 5, when you reduce that multiplier, he would become a level 7 still with 50K XP.
