some times the ultimates just stop working okay you can see how long time to when you get the power but and you can see the icon but you cant use it

but i have only seen it with crypt lord, night elf and orc

Interesting, I haven't seen it with crypt lord. Unfortunately this is a known bug, but I have no idea why it occurs.
