help installing on dedicated

hi,
i play counterstrike condition zero
just installed amx mod x using the full install file (v 1.8.0)
now i want to install wc3ft on my dedicated
so i download and extract file and get the folder war3ft_v3.0rc11
now, i wonder where to put it.
announcement thingy said put in mod folder and in plugin.ini
i wasnt sure in what mod folder, on dedicated (c:/programfiles/steam/steamapps/<name>/dedicated server/czero) or on the game folder itself (c:/programfiles/steam/steamapps/<name>/condition zero/czero)
i took a guess and slammed the folder into the dedicated server/czero folder
now im wondering what do i do to add it to the plugin file
and if i have screwed up on my way so far

also i played on a server before where i typed amx_menu or something and i got the slap slay, kick, ban, voice ... etc...
on my dedicated i only get "amx mod x client menu 1/0 " or something like that, although i have added myself as an admin and i was able to kick myself using amx_kick in console so i must be admin right?
