Sqlite, Phpxp statistics page questions

I have 3 questions...
1. I am using sqlite, how do i erase everyones XP and start new again
2. For the PHP XP Statistics Page is there any other way to have things uploaded to page other than mysql, such as using logs like psychostats can use...
3. I know this isnt the forum i should be posting on but does anyone know how to erase everyones ranks and things like that to start new on statsme...

1. Turn off server, delete the .db file
2. not at all possible, not even an option
3. Turn off server, delete stats.dat
