Big bad voodoo

I play on a war3ft server with amxx and the big bad voodoo is buged because usealy you buy neclasse and you can kill him if he has voodoo on but there he doesnt die ( im dutch my english is not perfect :p)

in the new version you can't kill him if you buy a necklace...

So the necklace does nothing agaist the ultimate big bad voodoo which is an ultimate... Is there something wrong here....It should block it or is that imposible for some reason? And if not can I change it?

Seriously, the thing lasts 2 seconds. I have a hard enough time timing it. If there was a way to disable it you'd be even more ******. And I still seem to get slowed by the shots, so I'm not going far fast.

Besides, the Necklace has a range of effect, right? So even if you buy it, the BBV user would have to be in range, theoreticly, to disable it.

Just an opinion,
