War3FT Respawn limit! How to?

I would like to limit the respawns on my server.
Example players can buy "Scrool of respawning" only once in a round.
It's need, because the server have a bank, and that players, who have a lots of money, buy a "scross of respawning" many times in a round. That's not fair!

Well thats the only thing i can say... having bank wth warcraft is dum.

This forum is not to flame people for what they run. If he wants bank mod he can use it. Telling people that they are dum for running it has nothing to do with solving his problem so keep your commits to yourself.

Im not saying it to make him feel dunm im just saying he should remove it and it would fix his problem :S

uh........ I'm not going to build a respawn limiter b/c of a plugin conflict... thats the server admin's fault
