when i go on my server i can first select the race but when i kill sombody, plant bomb, .... i gain 0 xp.

how can i change this settings?

In the war3ft.cfg file in the amxmodx>configs folder, there is a section in there that you can change the values of the awarded xp. You might want to also check in that file and make sure that everything else you want is set up properly

You have to have a minimum amount of players on the server... that value is in the config file
