Warcraft 3 MODs

i was wondering if its possible to install a bot on my server i asked my tech guy to do it and this is wut he said : " i think you need to have a dedicated serer to do that, like a comp at your house that you use for it. since we are hosted by velocity-servers i cant install the bots on the server and make the command to run them. " so i was wondering if this is true or not and how could i do it if there is another way. my provider decided to change my ip without giving me a headup so i lost alot of players.

Are you running CS, CZ, or CSS? On CZ and I think CSS, there are bots preinstalled in the game

I think he just doesn't want to do it b/c it creates overhead on their servers...

If it's CZ or CSS there are built in bots, CS requires a download + install on the server
