Serous problems installing on a dedicated server.

Alright, huuge nub question, how the hell do i install this thing on my dedicated server? please step by step and i have read through the installation tutorial provided and i still dont get it, it says that i have to move the specified folders yet when i rar the download, the files are all everywhere, no folders at all. Please please help me. Thanks
