mysql - file from conversion

hi, i read the conversion manuel , and didn't really have a clue what to do. i converted my vault.ini and got a file.

so where do i put it? so xp can get back to normal. thanks

You have to read it into your database, either by using phpmyadmin or from the command line...

i.e.

mysql -u usernamehere -ppasswordhere dbnamehere <sqlfile.sql

ok , phpmyadmin is in my cpanel, can you please give me simple steps from their o what to do with the file from there. thanks

i'm not sure if i imported it correctly


i'm sorry, im really a newbie at this html/php coding stuff. can you please explain it with detail. also, what do i do after i sucessfully import it

also, when you convert the file, what should it format should it be.. when i conver my vault.ini it truns into "File" format

im not sure if i imported it right..

this is where i went, it said some option import file.. but i dont think anythingf happened, tried it manny times

ok, then what? is that all? i don't have to restart anything? or do anything else?

also is the converted file suppose to be just File format
also, nothing, happened, i restarted server, xp still not back

it says the extension is not allowed when i try attaching it here, the extension is "File" i dont think it has any extendsion. Just the deafult File extension if it is nothing

add it to a zip file, then upload

will zipping it do anything?

also doing what you said janet jackso, just add the extension to the end of all names. but it didnt add an extension to the file..

ehh, it wont let me zip it, with winzip, using free version, not allowed, also winrar, when you do it, and try extracting it gives an error.. but i hosted it
