Warcraft 3 MODs

hello...kinda new to this but...

i have amx v9.9. with war3ft v1.6.9b and am running it on a listen server

i was just wondering about the vault.ini

is there a particular way to creating it, and if so, where would i put it?

Um, wc3ft should create it by default. Is your console saying it is not?
