I beg for help!

Ive got 2 problems with my war3 ft but im pretty sure that some one can help me with atleast one of them.
Ok. The first problem is that, when im using some race, ( any one of them ) and i get it to lvl 10. Now every single race of mine has the same lvl when i type change race. and that doesent give any challenge for my server.
Now the second problem is that, when i'm using human lvl 10 and i take my knife or any weapon, it doesent go invis. i have 4 other pc to check from.
Please help me :S
