Removing Single items...

(my english is not that good...)
Well, i've tried to search all over the forum about this subject and i didn't find any post about it, so...

I want to remove the Helm of Excellence from my server, cuz i think it's lame (nothing against the mod, i just don't approve it...), so, how would i do it?

I found only 1 post about this, but the user was trying to remove items from DoD, and i think it's easier to do on DoD...
