Chat Loss???

I run latest version of wc3:ft paired with amx, not amxx. Everything works superbly. Only thing is - I chat messages (plain old chat via pressing y in game) and no one sees them but me. I see everyone elses chats, but cannot get anyone to see mine? WTF? I go on other servers, and there is no problem. Just on my own...anyone have a similar problem or no what I need to change to fix it? Thanks in advance.
