[3.0 client files] There are no files

Hello! The plug-in swears on absence of some files, to be exact:

Are they in the folders? If not, try the 2.3.2 client files

This is why 3.0 isn't released
All the files aren't posted... I'll post those files when I get around to it
I might be releasing an RC soon, just b/c it's too hard for me to test everything at this point

Im getting same type of problem except my server keeps trying to start...and then restarts....start...lagggs then stops over and over again untill in turn vault on. Im using mysql 4.1.21-standard
