well im not playing dod but if the error says

Missing sprite file 'sprites/warcraft3/snow.spr'

i would have a look on this file to see if it exists...
that should solve the problem

The file is not exit on pack war 3.0rc5 of dod or counter-strike :s

That's a good point - download the 2.3.2 version from war3ft.com, the snow.spr will be there - my fault on that one
