Warcraft TFT how to install?

i downloaded this mode...i unrared it in cstrike folder and i made my own local game - nothink...should i change any files or somethink?please explain step by step!

ok i unrared the files in :
D:\Games\CS.1.6\cs1.6
and
D:\Games\CS.1.6\cs1.6\cstrike ( to be sure )

than i replaced
gamedll "dlls\mp.dll"
gamedll_linux "dlls/cs_i386.so"
with
gamedll "addons\metamod\dlls\metamod.dll" gamedll_linux "addons/metamod/dlls/metamod_i386.so"

what else i should od...cause when i made my game - it didnt worked

1) Is the server dedicated or a listen?

2) I am going to assume Windows.

3) If the doc doesn't help you, you can try looking at mine, it might help some.

4) Is it a non-steam server?

Okay, what directory is the hlds.exe or hlds_run file located it?
