Warcraft 3 MODs

Everything works great except for one small problem. When someone connects to the server, the changerace menu doesnt pop up. Also, the helpful little hints that say "Type war3help for list of commands" or whatever don't show up either. Cannot find a way to fix this, so hopefully someone knows what's wrong!

I upgraded. Problem fixed. Actually didn't realize that the version we were using was that outdated.... but thanx for your reply!!
