Have the server shut down before doing any of this.
For 3.0
Saving to MySQL
Delete the tables that start with wc3_
Saving to SQLite
Delete the cstrike/addons/amxmodx/data/sqlite/war3ft.sq3
For 2.3.2
Saving to MySQL
Delete the war3users table
Saving to SQLite
Not sure
Saving to Vault
Delete the cstrike/addons/amxmodx/data/vault.ini
