Need HELP!!!!

Hi All..
I have rented a server at www.fpsgameservers.com And i have gained FTP acces to the server.. Now the problem is that i whant WC3 mod to run on it, I have installed it and it did kind of work.. but whit a lot of problems. did'ent have admin rights, and when you bye from the shopmenu you keep it until the map change...
Is there a complete idiots guide out there somewhere ???
