Wc3ft Wont load on server! Bad load

Hello, i am using an ftp for my cs server.
I have installed all the requiered files after the guide,
now this is what i get when i connect. no wc3 loaded!

If i have the wrong version of etc, amx/meta please give me a runnable wc3 version!

Did you really disabled all other plugins like admin.amxx and so on?

You did not install it correctly. either you didn't put the file in the plugins folder or you have the name incorrect in the plugins.ini file. File names ARE case-sensitive
