Hi i want to know what is the version of WAr3FT to have shopmenu3 or something like demon lord (new race which is unlocked when all other races are 10lvl)

lookes like someone edited the code to allow the chameleon-race only when all other races are lvl10...
maybe an upcoming feature for the next release?
could be controlled by the cvar "wc3_races" - e.g. when set to 10

That version is a custom version that someone made. It is not available on this site
