550 was done after RC12 was released. If you look at all of the files that were changed in rev 550, you would see the changelog.txt change as well.

Did you update your RC11b from the SVN at all after it was released? RC11b was released on rev 538

this is the last changelog you have for event.inl but when i open the event.inl from the download section it doesnt have event_spawn. is there another changelog?

Like I said before, rev550 was commited AFTER RC12 was released.
