FT_cloak 165 // Invisibility given with cloak, lower is more invisible (default is 150)

if this is true then increasing this number would make the cloak give a less % of invisiability but by increasing this number i have noticed it saying your are 65% less visable ingame meaning the higher number has increased the cloaks % not decreased...

i assume humans are setup properly due to the skills saying 200 150 100 decreasing in value i assume lower is more and hihger is less i will test the humans later...
