Bug when buing tom of experence

I have been reciving reports that when you buy a tome of experence for some reason the team menu shows up. (i'm sorry but i have not recreated this error, myslef) any one else getting that glitch?

Well i didnt reinstall it yet, but just as a fyi i managed to get hit with the bug, i asked others to try as well, but it was only me. I was a lvl 4 undead 2 in unholy auroa and 2 in vamp aura, carying a colt and a glock on de_dust (dont know if any of those could of caused it or if cause i had all of them caused it, i dont know. I am just a bug reporter

yea it's pretty random on when it occurs, I have NO idea at all how to fix it.

might have something to do with CS not wanting us to make mods like this
