It is a different plugin. Try finding hook mod.

but i saw it on a WC3 server!
u are TOTALY sure, that it isnt on WC3 mod?

You are talking about the beam with a hook thing at the end that flies where you are aiming and makes u run faster? If so, then yes it is another plugin.
