Warcraft 3 MODs

Ok, I search the forums, but never came up with a solution. I'm runnin Gentoo linux x86_64. Its a fresh install of cs, so its all stock. I installed War3FT from the preconfigured 2.2.5 package. but upon startup i get a bad load and the error :

L 09/23/2005 - 03:41:44: [AMXX] Plugin "warcraft3FT.amxx" failed to load: Plugin uses an unknown function (name "Item_Set_Helm") - check your modules.ini.

Is it because there is no amd64? I remember you saying you didn't make one because you didn't have anything to develop on. I own a dual opteron server and can make you a shell for development. PM me or email me.

And just to make sure i don't get yelled at

Ok, thanks for posting this

Basically you need to run the amd64 module, it's not listed when you do amxx modules.

Try the version that is in the latest download, if that doesn't work let me know and either I can shell and compile it or I can have lazarus create one.

amd64 module of amxx? If so i am.. but when i downloaded it i didn't see the amd64 version of the war3ft module...

Metamod is also amd64.

EDIT: weird... I just noticed regex_amxx_amd64.so wouldn't load either.. hmm, i'll have to look at that later..

I downloaded the preconfigured and the standalone.. didn't see the module in there, unless its hiding somewhere..

Geesu... I told you this before. You never got around to put it in. cryotek is right it isn't there. Besides me nobody else is running AMD64 machines here, so nobody complained before.

It's in Warcraft 3 FT build against AMX Mod X 1.5 (sorry cryotek only Geesu can see this post, he'll update the archive).

OK, cryotek just post if it works (I'm not expecting any problem, unless you were running Fedora Core, that damn thing is weird with its non-standard libraries, but to make sure...).

Yeah, it ran, i connected, only thing is it didn't ask me to choose my race upon conencting and starting, but i'll read the docs on that. Thanks alot.

OK, I'm locking this up then.

Just a word of advice from a AMD64 user to another, get AMX Mod X 1.60 as soon as possible (and I mean now). For AMD64, 1.50 and 1.55 are not an option, the compiler doesn't compile and several modules (i.e. MySQL) don't work.
