Ultimate not working?

Ultimate not working?

Hello,
first i have to say that u guys are making a gr8 job!
Now to the question,
Me and my friend are Night Elfs. Both at lvl 6 at my own server.
But the ultimate (ring) doesn't work. Its loaded and stuff, and the bind button is F. But its not working anyway.

Plz help:)

did u try changing the map... restarting the server?
