My server don't work!

I followed the setup guide for HLDS and War3ft, but my server don't apear when people is looking fr it! I don't use steam, and is trying to run the srver on my LAN.... My server shows up but nobody can find it, not eaven me! Can somebody please try to help me out!!

Does war3ft work? Or does it not?

Your server not appearing in the server list has NOTHING to do with war3ft, so you should post on steampowered.com
