Warcraft 3 MODs

Is there anyway i can change the name of the chameleon race to Penguin, and have it so only people with access flag m can use it?

Changing the name through war3ft.txt file... Limit to admin access? Yes, but I won't tell you

I edited the text file but it still shows up as chameleon =-/.

EDIT: Nvm it works now.
