[REQ] Need PHP-Script for decay mySQL

Hi,
can somebody program a php-script, that reduces XP each day or week...
Just running as a cronjob once per day (or week)
Would be more nice instead of killing XP after some days and it´s keeping people busy...
1) easy way: decay about 5% every week, when the date is older than 2 week
or
2) a clever system
Should be compatible for War3FT V2 and V3 ....
