Host on 1.6 again

I want to host a lanserver with WC3 FT mod but i dont know how i have to do that... i mean if i use dedicated server in my games (steam).
Can anyone tell me how i can host a lanserver with WC3 ft?

read the install guide, do the exact install...
then put sv_lan 0 in the server.cfg.... DONE
