need help with uwc3 plugin

i need help with that plugin
i got it and it came with thie insall file and vault_to_dbi pl file
where does those files go?

I don't know where those files go, what I do know is that you have to search for your answers elsewere, since these forums don't provide support for Ultimate Warcraft 3.

the INSTALL file should be opened in notepad, it tells u what to do to install, the .pl file is only used if you need it (it's a perl file)
