Want to do something besides whatever it is that you do? Great sweet!!! Let me know!!

Basically looking for developers (I'm not forgetting the existing ones :P *cough* Avan *cough*) that would seriously take their time and effort to work on something warcraft related for either source or 1.6.

Please PM me if you are SERIOUSLY interested... (also must have experience, I don't have time to teach you to program)

Thank you for your time, have a nice day :P

I have knowlegde in AMXX Scripting (you know, I use a modified version of wc3ft) BUT my problem is that I can only edit/modify plugins, and not code something on my own.

I know...

but he don't need so teach me.

I just need a manual what to code first and so on.
Read... I can code/script but I don't know where to start (big plugins).

... dev's of wc3mods have really never time to teach other ppl and this will be a problem in the future.

never mind...

For those of you with programming experience and not necessarily amxmodx/pawn experience or if you have little programming experience but have hacked around in existing plugins, check out the following documentation. While we don't have time to teach you, hopefully one day you will be able to contribute in some way.

http://www.compuphase.com/pawn/pawn-lang.pdf <- pawn language handbook
http://wiki.amxmodx.org/index.php/Categ ... X_Mod_X%29 <- AMX Mod X Wiki
http://www.amxmodx.org/doc/ <- this one might be going away after everything is moved to the wiki

I'll add other resources when I remember or find them.

Marticus,

I already have experience in C/C++/amxmodx/pawn scripting, currently I'm developing "Advanced Roll The Dice" (original & idea by EJL) and I will soon release a pre-final version.

so, I'm a programmer who need something like: code a function who recive value x and value y and return value z - this fuction must do this and this.

I already scripted some plugins own my own (for my servers). Those plugins have around ~200 lines, not much.

Read the new topic I made earlier today. All you need to do is find something that needs fixed or come up with ideas of your own and discuss them on the appropriate forum.
