I need major help figuring this whole thing out. Help please

OK, so if you use the link below you shall see the set of instructions i have been using. I have breezed through steps 1-5 (except for step 3) in Copying the Server Files And dont know how to do step 2 and 7 in: Server Configuration Every other step has been completed succesfully. I have a dedicated server running now but want it to use wc3. Please explain to me very specificall and step by step because i am a noob at this. Thanks

sorry!! omfg im blind. I cant do step 3 in part one for copying the Server Files. And cant do step 2 and 7 in Server Configuration
