Changerace problem

On these couple servers, hosted by FrozenShock, when I type "changerace", the window doesn't pop up and it won't let me select a race. When I disconnected my server from their amxbans and stuff, the changerace worked on my server. Why is it that it doesn't work on any of their servers? What should I do?

If you are using War3FT 2.3.2, then there are some issues that can appear when using AmxModX1.76d. The only way to fix it is to downgrade AmxX to 1.71 or upgrade War3FT to 3.0
