Mod won't boot up

Hello. I recently reinstalled my server because all it did was crashing and i never figured out why. So I backed up all the important files and somehow they got deleted, so I am now reinstalling the War3FT mod on my server. Last time I installed the mod, i had a friend online do it for me, but he is moving and can't help me for a while. But he had this special command line in the server.cfg file and I can't remember the command, but i believe that is what is causing the problem. I am not getting any errors except for the fact that the mod doesn't boot up whenever you join the server.

Either in the server console or through rcon, paste the results here

sorry for wasting your time... i misplaced a .dll and it messed the entire mod up...
